How rough of a trail? Is it something a stock Disco can handle?

most definitely!!!! My dad took his stock P38 and did fine, well the cassie hit once, but you should be fine!

Nope just yourself, your rig, and lunch.. My bro has 12,000lbs winch so if we do something stupid he's got us lol..

Man I'd love to join y'all as well, but my fam is doing our thanksgiving that Friday... if perhaps it were on Saturday I'd definitely be in like Flynn!!
