Im down here in Henderson, Every now and then get some time to get out and hit some trails mostly solo.
Id go out and do some trails with ya once it cools down a little Haha. Was just out at 8 mile road lake mead, (Gotta stay on roads here but there's tons) was 118deg out there and must have pulled 7 to 10 people out of the same sand/moon dust pit on the road. Too much work for the heat lol. I was just trying to fish.
There's some good challenging yet doable trails around the valley like Rocky Gap road/trail"Watch some you tube vids on it"can be tricky. gnarly sections are optional mostly.
Burro wash trail out of boulder city runs down to the river from a power substation.
Wheeler Pass i think it is goes up and over mount Charleston all the way to Pahrump Fairly calm in good weather but nice and long. Its crazy in the snow or mud from what i hear, and nevermind the crazy lady that lives in a container somewhere along the way.
There's endless off road trails out here those are just a few popular trails
Exploring at 8 mile road/lake mead is fun and very calm dirt roads, lotsa soft stuff too just be cautious of if your solo ever. Bring tons of water /shade shovel, recovery strap, just incase.
