Default Rovers on the Rocks 6

Come join Lucky8 Nov 14th & 15th for Rovers on the Rocks 6 at Rausch Creek!
This will be the 6th Land Rover ONLY Rock Challenge in the world!
As in the years past there will be trail rides going on all day Friday and Saturday except for when everyone gets together for the Rock challenge.
The challenge will have 2 classes. Expedition class 33in tires and under and Open class 34in to 36in tires.
Please note there is a big change this year!
We will be doing the awards and dinner inside on site. Rausch has an indoor pavilion we can use. Yes finally!
Heres the all the important info.
Lucky 8 will be there at 9am Friday and Saturday.
The Rock Challenge begins at 1pm Saturday
The Land Rover Rock Challenge is included in your admission to Rausch Creek, but please let us know if you want to compete.
Most people have been camping on site for the last few years and as always camping is free at Rausch
If you don’t want to camp the Hampton Inn has rooms. Dogs are welcome but cost extra. Their phone number is 570-345-4505.
Dinner will be catered from Buddies Log Cabin again.
The dinner will be $20 per person and if you have not had Buddies “Filling” it is worth the $20 alone.

Link to register for diner.

November 14th is rapidly approaching. Are you and your truck ready for Rovers on the Rocks 6? This great event is only 2-weeks away, so we thought we should remind you about a few things you need to do before showing up.
1 – Purchase your dinner ticket. If you have ever been to ROTR before, then you know the food from Buddy’s Log Cabin is worth the drive over. Dinner will be served Saturday afternoon following the Rock Course Challenge.

2 – Get your t-shirt ordered. We have to close orders by this Monday, Nov. 3rd.

M – Lucky8 Llc. - Take the road less traveled...
L – Lucky8 Llc. - Take the road less traveled...

I'm trying to make it up. Still have to bolt down the heads rebuild oil pump, replace timing gears/chain, water pump and radiator. Replace windshield and get it inspected and renew my AAA towing plan Wow...looks bad on paper.

I "should" be ready to go by Friday afternoon /Saturday morning. Hopefully, I'll see you guys up there.

Great event L8 Guys! Thanks to you, I pushed the capabilities of this LR3 a little further than I ever have the last 5 years. Didnt break anything and learned a lot. One of those things I learned was I need a ARB Locking diff. Cheers!!
