Uwharrie Safari - 2025

What skill levels are welcome? Do I need a full offroading set up, or are 33s alone sufficient? Are there tickets available for a single day rather than the entire weekend?

 

There is only one trail at Uwharrie that is difficult. I routinely take my DII on a 2" lift and 32's on every trail except Daniel. You will want your traction control working on at least a rear locker.

 

@Grum.man is correct about Uwharrie. ( The fall event is URI XX, it is strictly Uwharrie National forest )

This event is mostly conducted on Grand Overland District ( military proving ground) It has all level of trails.

I believe you have to pay for the whole weekend.

There are several things I don't understand on the invite.
1. what does CROC stand for?
2. What is the Grand Overland District trail ride?
3. Where/what is "Big Creek Advanced Rides"?
4. I'm guessing this River's Bend place is just open basic camping? Can we bring a small camper or tents only?
