Default Brush guard

Hey guys, I want a Brush guard for my Disco II but the price is outrageous. I bought one a few years back for another truck and I found one for around $300 which was nice. I can't justify the $500 price. Does anyone have any good online stores to pick on up at for a reasonable price?

I'm in the same boat. I missed one on eBay by 2 dollars. It went for $252. Somebody outbid me at the last second.

If you live in a major area, you may get luck enough to find a seller that happens to be local to save on shipping.

I also called a shop here in Dallas. They have a slightly used one for about $400.

I'm going to hold off just a little bit longer to try to find a better deal.

Good luck.

Don't be in such a rush, if you want to get one cheap then watch e-bay and some of the Rover forum classified section, they are always being advertised.

i was in the same shoes not too long ago... i waited and waited (for almost 2 years) and i finally found one for 150 dollars. So just keep checking your local classifieds, and remember that some people selling their rovers may part it off for you if you can talk them into it .

good luck, and rememeber patiences is always key when you want to save.

Yep,I'm in the same boat, and I only wish I could find an OEM brushguard for $500.Here in Canada they are closer to $1000! I've seen a few offered on Ebay, but the shipping is retarted.I looked at some of the aftermarket setups, but lets face it...they look like ***.I'll just wait for one to show up locally,It's bound to happen sooner or later.Actually I'd really like one of the wrap around composite versions, they look pretty cool, but $$$$!!
