Default Real Chrome grills

Ever wished you could dress up the grill and side vents? Well...here it is. I Put REAL chrome...That is...Copper...then Nickle...then chrome....on the factory plastic grills and side vents...and any other plastic pieces you might want chrome plated. I say again...I have come up with a process to use real chrome (or real 24K gold) plating on the factory plastic parts. Any Questions?

OK.

Cost?

Does that include shipping?

Turn around time?

Payment terms?

Where are you located?

Should parts be shipped in a crate or just a box?

Does gravel and mud make it peel off?

Sun and rain and heat cycles?

How long is it expected to last?

Ok...This is not a brand new thing. I have been working with a few companies that have been selling these grills to dealers in NYC and Chicago for a few years now...Pretty much all of the bugs have been worked out at this point. For the Sport grills I charge $3000 for the grill and 2 side vents...This includes shipping and I give a one year warranty.I get half down when i take the grill in and half when finished ....Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks at the moment...but can be more in the spring months.....with proper care it will last tens of years. Parts can be shipped in a box...I am located just north of pittsburgh Pa...and have been doing chrome plating since 1986 Gravel and mud are not good for any chrome....but will not make it come off....it just might scratch it. sun and rain...and "heat cycles" will not harm the plating at all. Like I said...I am actually Electroplating copper...and then nickle...and then chrome onto the parts. This means they will get physically bigger...Since I have been doing this for a few years now...I have learned how to keep the chrome from "building "and causing fit issues...although when installing it helps to have a dremel tool or grinder to take care of any "build up" on the parts causing fit issues...also...I should note that the grill is about 10 lbs heavier than it was before plating.
I know all of you wont like this...its not for everyone....But for those that like the bling....This is the ticket. Heres a few more pics of the sport grills as well as the new 2013 grill...If you hae any questions feel free to ask here or PM me for more info...Ray

Did you miss some decimal points in your price? Is it really 3G's?
