Combining Front Mids And Woofer On Disco II
I've got a 99 Disco II with the Harmon-Kardon stereo. My mids up front were blown, so I picked up some Alpine E Series 6.5" for the doors, and just used the signal for the mids instead of the door woofer signal.
I'm pretty happy with the sound, but was wondering if it is possible to wire both the mid and woofer signals to the single speaker so as to theoretically have full range up front instead of just the highs as I have now. Would wiring like this cause impedance issues for the amp, or any other problems ?

this is just a random idea i got, use a cross over in reverse? like wire the mids and woofer signals to the outputs and take a single output from the input of the cross over? u never know it just might work!!
p.s i highly doubt it will work though
