Have an 02' Disco II that needs the code for the radio. The only problem is this. The serial number with the code in the glove box is missing, when I called the LR dealership with the vin number, the guy said it the 5 digit code could not be found in their system. My only option is to use the serial number off of the top of the radio to try and get the 5 digit code. I have the tools on order to pull the head unit, but is anyone aware of a place I can call or website I could plug the serial number into for the 5 digit code?

I have a factory radio from a D1 with the code. No idea if it would work in a D2 though.

I would be game to try it. I doubt it would work, but at this point I'm dying without my radio.

If you get the radio out, take a pic of the connectors in the back. If they match, it's worth a try.
