Question Replacment Head Unit Advice

Hi all -

New to the forum. We own a 2002 Range Rover HSE and are wondering if there is a replacment head unit that will allow us to keep the steering wheel buttons functional, offer blue tooth and an iPod interface?

Your thoughts are most welcome!
Mike

There are a number of adapters that will allow you to used the steering wheel controls with any name brand head unit. There are also steering wheel mounted remote controls of various degrees of complexity depending on your needs.

I've just adapted my 97 Discovery to take a Kenwood double DIN naviagtion unit (DNX7140) that I got cheap. Since it has dasboard controls behind the wheel for the stereo rather than steering wheel mounted ones, I got this remote of of Ebay:

Steering Wheel Remote Alpine Pioneer Sony Clarion JVC Panasonic Clarion TS 200 | eBay

It does a lot more than any factory controls.
