The light bar in the grill looks good, but it's blocking alot of air flow.
Do you have an aftermarket temperature guage?
Is running any hotter?
Check and make sure.

Looks good!

I second Mr. Pack on the location of the smaller light bar -- these trucks don't fair to well when running hot. Even if you were to mount the light right on the bumper it'll probably help out with cooling.

Whats the roof rack setup?

Default Cooling solutions

While the pictures do not show it, the grill lightbar was a project after lots of reserarch.
1) While it dosnt show in the pictures the grill bar is not flush with the top and bottom grill bars. Allowing airflow similar to the original.
2) All the “fins” in the grill have been taken out to maximize airflow.
3) The cooling fins off the bar are allowing airflow through them.
After running my D2 for an hour on the highway the temp stayed around 180ish nothing different from how it was previously (low tstat)

I have to keep sixpack
I asked my Dad to set up an email account for me back in 96.
Anything but my name in it(at the time I had no interest in technology), just whatever.
Later, he said here, sixpack577@
"I didn't know what to call it, but a six pack of beer was the first thing that came to mind"
The 577 were just random numbers, or so I thought, it dawned on me only a few months ago that I was born in May...77. Genious I am, lol

Sorry for threadjack!
