Your wiring doesn't look so bad behind cluster...mine was a rats nest of extra garbage. They had some stupid aftermarket immobilizer with twenty wires inside dash, which just turned off power to injection pump...the laughable part was...they had the correct/hot wire just folded over and taped up with electrical tape to their wire...l just untaped original wire, unplugged immobilizer wire, plug in orginal...and after we go. A smart kindergarten could have stolen the thing...lol.
Keep forgetting to buy one of those seat lever covers...
Question, did you get the cluster from Rovers North? And if you did...why didn't they sell you the bracket to begin with?...or do you only need bracket if finely made English plastic has failed?

The cluster was from Turkey. I’m not positive the original bracket was plastic it seemed about as strong as tissue paper😂. You only need that if the plastic had failed and mine was very done. The aluminum rovers north option as a very nice upgrade and it was only $79 I think
We took a moment to do a bit more decorating to the shop
We did some function checks on the new cluster
and some more work on the door sills (scuff plate whatever you prefer). Had a damaged used rear door seal from a RRC I cut it up and made the lower door seals for all 4 doors with it. I was very pleased with how that worked out

Nope haven’t heard back from the dude, I’ll give him a couple more days than I will order one for it. I swore I had one on the shelf but here we are…. Got the back one installed the other day before the snow hit 😂
Got the ladder solution sorted out so I can button that up
