Default New build - 5+2 3rd row engine advice 2025

I am ordering the new 2025 defender but I am unsure of which engine to order. I drive less than 800 miles a month (some months less than 500) but a variety of metro minneapolis and rural highway. It will usually be only 3 passengers. I was leaning towards the p300 but learned that they didn't originally sell the 3rd row with the P300 option due to increased weight. That leads me to believe I shouldn't risk it and get the p400. but as you can see I don't drive a ton. I just don't want to push the engine of it is too heavy. Thoughts? I appreciate any advice.

The P300 in the D110 seems to have plenty of power and lots folks on here (in the 2020 Defender page) have good things to say about it. I think your assessment is reasonable, no towing, not often laden with people. If you are keeping the vehicle long term (greater than 7yrs) put more consideration into the I-6. No one knows which will be more reliable long term, but generally larger displacement engines have a less stressful life and will likely have better resale value.
