My Masai front bumper arrives tomorrow, so the TerraFirma winch bumper will be moving on

 

Fedex must have sensed my excitement and decided to delay delivery to Tuesday.....

 

So they changed their mind and dropped this on my doorstep today. They beat it up a bit but that's life.

 

Is that bumper powdercoated or painted? Me, l prefer painted...makes touchups so much easier.

 

Brian it’s powder coated but the touch up obviously will not be lol

 

I hate these....

 

But, that's where all of this horsepower you speak of comes from...

What seems to be the problem with it?

Made first major repair...washers quit working. Unplug, checked for power, good, clean terminal, works again! Lubed steering shaft joints while I had the hood open.

Secondaries are no longer in the game and leaking fuel from both float bowl seals and one has a float I’m pretty sure is stuck

 

Carbs off and I'll hopefully get it dropped off at a local Carb guy tomorrow

 

So in the last week or so.

Mounted the bumper




installed mounting hardware for the license plate




installed some super nice Series Defender Outfitters door handles and clock bezel





revived the battery




and cleaned up/refreshed the battery box
