well there's something else I didn't take into account. It's a stick shift and I don't drive a stick. Cest la vie. That's 3 strikes against me now.

Why don't you buy it Doug?

It's pretty simple to swap a zf4hp22 out of a RRC/D1 into them. To me though stick and right hand drive is the way to go

I'm not trying to **** off all of the feminists out there but 'simple' to a guy isn't always so 'simple' to a woman. Especially if she didn't grow up tearing things apart 24/7. Perfect example is the Ultra Gauge. Most guys act like it's something simple to hook up to a Disco but to me it seems like rocket science. And that's embarrassing to say.. seriously. Sometimes this forum makes me paranoid because I read things about the thermostat needing to be changed out and the gauge on the dash doesn't always read correctly, yada yada yada. I'm thinking I should be being proactive but don't even know where to start. So I resort back to 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' mentality but cannot help but think that I'm driving a ticking time bomb.

And I'm way off topic now.. Yes, AR, it does seem sacrilege to take out the stick and right hand drive.

Was unaware you were a woman not that it matters to me, I tend to treat everyone the same. Plenty of guys find this stuff difficult.

If it makes you feel better I just got a DII as well and live in fear of the cooling system. Also it took me 30 min to find the obd port to even hook in my scanner.

Oh and I'm going to put a auto in my 110 my wife refuses to drive a manual and it will give me better ratios. I'm keeping right hand drive though its to much fun how it screws with folks
