Eagle1 used to make a natural gloss, non-greasy formula rubber and plastic conditioner but I havent seen it in years.

For leather its hard to beat Lexanol 2 part system of cleaner then protector, its perfect for newer leather. If your vehicle is a bit older you might want to try a cream based leather protectant.

I plan to get my exterior plastic Line-X'd. It'll be the last care they ever need.

The best re-conditioner I've ever found for plastic, vinyl, rubber and leather is Bumper Black, but of course it needs to have originally been black to start with.

Bumper Black - A Permanent Solution To Faded Black Bumpers And Trim

It contains no silicone and is not "greasy". You just get a beautiful black shine that lasts for as long as you own your vehicle. No need to ever "dress" it with anything, period!
