The fitment on the outside of the fender looks a little off, or is it just the picture?

there were no directions so I guessed how to line up the template and it sits like 1/4" to high at back of fender, the holes in the template were correct and the pillar angle for the mount plate was fine

Default air box pics

the airbox was straight forward just like the video, I used one of those vibrating saws tools to cut the ribs off the side for the new inlet and the old mount posts off the front, I did not like the steel rivets they included and went with aluminum ones since out of 5 rivet guns we own none liked the steel pop rivets, they supply a new front bracket, side intake, and plug to block off the old inlet, pull and wiggle to remove the air horn without breaking

everything is sealed with ultra black rtv including the mount grommets

here is the Z tube they include, the end that goes onto the snorkel is probly snug enough to glue in permanent like the video shows, the airbox end not so much, I am guessing they want you to use the 2 hose clamps and rubber hose to seal that end?

any input from someone with a real arb kit would be appreciated

My son has been bugging me since we got this truck about installing one of these (he's 8). Was holding off given the cost of the branded version, think I'll give the chibay type a try.

Cheers.

Considering I love water.... might install one of these myself. Glad someone reproduced it.

There is potential for airbox end to move relative to the chassis so I'd use the hose/clamps.

Cheers.
