I need a wiring diagram for OBD2 connector on 98 Discovery......the scanner is telling me that the connector is not connected to the car computer

attached - from RAVE tech manual. Note - it may be a blown fuse that supplies power to the connector.

I found it in Electrical Troubleshooting Manual, under Circuits, D3, Data Link
