can I put the 245/75-16s on my stock truck, just til I get my lift. Its ordered, I just think the tires will get here before the lift.

I'm running 255/65r16 on mine. It's stock.

I don't think 245/75 is going to make much of a difference. you should be fine.

I think those are the largest without a lift, I could be wrong. I remember something along those lines when I was reading up on other threads. If they are usable without a lift I think they rub if you try to turn all the way in either direction without a lift.

I'm running 245/75s on mine (just got them a week ago) and I have just a few problems with them rubbing at full steering lock.

You should be ok. Most you may have to do,lift or not, is adjust the steering stops to stop the rubbing on control arms

im running 255/70r16s and all i had to do was slight steering stop adjustment. at full flex they rubbed on the rear fender but a camel cut took care of that

so...if a 31" tire fits stock...a 33" tire should fit with 2" lift
