Probably not too hard if you find an automatic D1 with a blown engine for about $500, which shouldn't be too hard. You'll have the all the parts.
If you decide to do it I might be interested in your R380. I wouldn't mind having a spare.

i think it worth the work since noone never did this before but i got figure out if i need to swap the comps or any relays... anything like that

You could probably find someone that really wants a manual, and just trade parts with them. If I still had my D1, I'd be willing to swap.

see i got 99 disco 1 that i just wreck so i can get the relays or comp out of it but not the tran... where at in missouri thehun
