93 V8 automatic discovery no drive

Default 93 V8 automatic discovery no drive

i have a 93 v8 automatic discovery for off roading with the riser kit and its a trayback,i took it off roading today and was just bout to get into the muddy stff wen i stopped and went to pull off again and wouldnt move then i put the diff locks on and it went for bout 5 mins then had no drive whatsoever, can anyone shed any light on the subject???

I'm guessing it's broken. Lol, just kidding, but it didn't go in normal 4x4 so you immediately threw on the diff? Doesn't seem like the best choice haha

Have you had it long? Been off-roading in it very much? Did you do the mods or did some one else?

Sounds like the transfer case is in neutral.
With the autobox in neutral move the t-case shifter back and to the right, then put the trans in drive and see if she tries to move.

For Spike555 How do i do all that do i have to take out the center console in the jeep??

Haha. Wait... Jeep or landrover? That might be your first problem. Your disco might not want to work for you if you're disrespecting it by calling it a jeep. New plan: start by apologizing to your truck. Then see if it works.
