Exclamation '95 Disco screeching like a banshee!

My Disco I (3.9 gasser) is making the worst noise! Had a tick and now this.

Made a video of the truck and noise. It's dark but I figure there isn't anything to see, anyway....

www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWet7-IIgcE

If anyone has a clue what's up or for that matter what I need to do about it, please help me out!

Thank you and I look forward to returning the favor.

I would venture a guess it's the idler pulley. Remove the belt(s) and start spinning pulleys.

Passengers side cat. Got a mechanic stethoscope and it is clearly the passenger side cat. Thank you so much. I never would have thought to even check it!
