95 Disco, top of radiator, left side near battery lines?

Default 95 Disco, top of radiator, left side near battery lines?
Ok, really stupid question. On the left top of the radiator in this 95 are 2 nipples, one connects to the overflow tank and the other connects to what??

The other connects to the throttle body heater via a 5/16" coolant hose. LR gets like $43 for that hose, NAPA sells it for $1.50 a foot.
