'96 D1 5spd No Start

Spark is good, fuel pressure is good. So I started looking into ait this afternoon and noticed I have a vacuum leak. When I would pull the throttle body I would hear this sucking sound coming from the right DS corner of the car.
So I followed that to the vacuum lines meet and connect to the white three way plastic piece. Well I had replaced the two that lead from the throttle body and go down near the headlights. But the one that feeds into the firewall is completely cracked and the plastic piece won't stay in.
How do I go about replacing that vacuum hose?
