96 Disco Fuel Filter? Watery exaust...
Ok, well I thought I had gotton to the bottom of the problem, but not so. I was told it may be a fuel pump. After further examination I found that there was a short in the fuel pump wire. I taped it up and changed the filter, and it ran fine.
Now, I let it run for about 10 minutes, and when I gave it lots of gas to blow the sute out. I noticed alot (about a half of a cup) of water coming out of the muffler? It does not smell like antifreeze? Needless to say it has started dieing again? Did my engine blow?

Water condenses in the exhaust system and will get pushed out by the force of the exhaust.
When the exhaust system gets hot enough the water evaporates.
All the white smoke you see from cars when it is cold out is water vapor, because it is warmer than the outside air it looks like smoke but it is closer to steam.
Unless you are loosing coolant without leaving a puddle your engine is not blown.
