Same little bulbs that go into the lighted switches.
I bought 30 "Grain of Wheat" bulbs, 3mm 12V 80mA, for about $10 on eBay a while back. They are green but I'd still use the little green bulb condom.

Would like to replace some of the surface mount led's that back-light the buttons but haven't found any yet. Pioneer's part # is CL140PGCD, according to the KEX-910ZRV service manual.
