Danny no need to apologize – all feedback is good feedback, even if it’s poking fun

We too noticed that a lot of time had gone by since the first requests came in which led to the current Facebook type promotion we have running now. The goal of these promotions is to have fun. We love interacting with enthusiasts and hope to keep people engaged.

We have a concept for a larger-scale promotion in the works, but there are certain elements of this process that have taken much longer than expected- It will be launched (hopefully sooner than later), and we’ll be sure to clue everyone in when this happens.

Well guys, let me say that it is good to see something positive result from my original request for a Group Discount for members of this forum. I am glad that AB did decide to do something for Customer Appreciation.

We all love to have fun with our faorite vehicles, ourr own Rover. I would still like to see AB recognize that this group has a lot of members who are always needing some sort of parts for the Rover. Most of which can be rather costly as well as cound advice.

Your contest is a step in the right direction, however I would hope that you would still consider the original requset and consider some sort of true group discount for members of our forum as requested.

It would help ALL of us, Forum Members as well as potentially generate increased sales for AB. Times are tough, we all need all the help we can get.

 

I've got to say, AB came through BIG time for me this time. I had to order a water pump bolt kit but forgot to order a timing chain cover gasket. Ordered the kit on fri, sent an email regarding the gasket on sun as the bolt kit was to be shipped overnight, their phones were down Monday but they got the gasket included in my over night order.
