accel spark plug wires on d1
Search was kind of useless except guys saying not to use on d2
I have a cooked wire and while I have a spare stock type set we can put on I also have multiple sets of nice accel wires in the garage from Chevy v8 projects we can cut to fit not sure why they would not work on this engine but looking for input
Remember I have em on hand so cost is 0 think I have some msd sets also

If the accel wires don't perform as you'd like, a fairly inexpensive option which as worked very well for me can be found here...
Spark Plug Wires for Defender, Discovery and Range Rover
(go w/ the 8mm if you do)

Wasted spark......
Plug wires, all 8. Each coil fires twice in the combustion cycle on each cylinder. Four coils, two terminals per coil = 8 plugs. So the plug wires last about 1/2 as long as they would in a COP or with an oil filled single coil ignition system.....hence Wasted Spark Ignition.
