Alarm Problems
I have a strange problem with my Disco. Whenever I drive on washboard gravel roads, my alarm gets triggered and the lights start flashing. The horn doesn't honk. If I pull the alarm fuse, the lights stop flashing, but now the central locks don't work. After a while, the alarm will go off when I try to start the truck. I haven't quite figured out the sequence of events that make the alarm go off. Once it does, I have to put the alarm fuse back in, lock and unlock the truck to reset the alarm, and the it will be back to normal.
Has anyone encountered something like this before? I am not sure where to start trouble shooting.

are you sure its the alarm and not the fuel cut off switch located in the engine bay?
it's on the passenger side against the fire wall and could have a loose wire that the washboard roads are moving around.
