Default Alternative alternator

I was picking at the junk yard and found a 120A alternator in a 95 Range Rover. Question is can I use it in my D1?
stats:
megnet marell
12V
type A127IM-120A

The mounting bolts line up and looks like the grooves line up and the wheel is the right diameter. The contacts on back look to be correct also.

thoughts?

Yes an 120AMP Alternator out of a GEMS P38 is 100% Plug n Play. I've always used a P38 120AMP in a GEMS D1 or the P38 150AMP in a Bosch D2. Heck I'm even running a 120AMP from a GEMS P38 in my 95 14CUX D1. Just had to swap the tack out from a 96-99 D1 and I was good to go!

If its a 95 p38 wouldnt it require a pulley or belt swap?

95 = GEMS = direct swap. Pulley should be identical. Only the 94-95 14CUX D1 had a larger pulley.

Thanks for confirming for me, it was off of a Gems 4.0. I am looking to get a little more out of the alternator for lights, etc...
