I believe the Range Rover Classic and some Disco 2s have driver and passenger arm rests. Does anyone know if the seat frames for the D1 are the same as for the RRC or disco 2? In other words, could I buy arm rests for a RRC or disco 2 and install them in a Disco 1 seat?

 

Frames are not the same, but you can swap 95 RRC seats into a D1, or you can make brackets to mount the D2 seats in the D1.

no, the manual D1 seats have a seat base structure that bolts to the floor.
the power seat has a structure that is welded to the truck and then the seat rails on the power seat bolts to that.

you can do cutting to make them work, but they are not a direct fit
