Default Attention!: Stabbing holes in your radiator releases frustration

Well finally got my water pump done..

Took me WAY longer than I expected. I was getting quite pissed at the stupid fan clutch [never did one] then I was trying to take the belt off and the wrench I was using kept hitting the peice the fan shroud attaches to. I couldn't get my wrench off and got pretty pissed and started beating it with a screw driver. I broke the stupid peice off [not needed] and I felt happy to vent all that frustration.

Finished water pump and went to fill up with coolant and noticed a steady drip, followed by noticing a huge hole I punched through my radiator. There goes my tire money... AGIAN.. I would be pissed but my radiator already had a slight leak and was going to be replaced before summer anyways..

Now I need a radiator.. Good Source?

I can remove clutch in 10 seconds now. Using two channel locks.

First time you have to use a hammer though. You can push all you want it won't break. A little penetrant and a hammer came right off now it's easy peasy

So 4 hours later...

My fan clutch wouldn't come off so I just took the water pump off, that was a pain getting to all of the bolts with the fan in the way. Then I put the water pump in a vice and could get the clutch off. Installing everything there was easy, used anti seize on the fan clutch so hopefully it comes off next time.
