If there is no rust holes in the floor, rear wheel arches, tailgate and bulkhead id say that classic is worth $1500. That Ps leak is the steering box not the pump.

Rover looks like a 3 inch suspention lift. But it's still not a disco

well I got it today. he threw in $700 cash. There is no rust on any of the places hilltopper mentioned. It runs and drives great. Im glad to be back in a Rover. heres some more pictures..
