These trucks are not American, they are the Queens trucks all the way, number 1 cylinder is like these guys said, left side of engine (from inside), first cylinder from the front.
And just some more info for you to store in your brain, if you order parts from the UK make sure you remember that their driverside is on the wrong side, so if you were to order a drivers side outside mirror for example you would need to order a passenger side mirror.

Same for me! I replaced my Bank2 Sensor 1 which was my (USA) right passenger side O2 and dangit if i replaced the wrong one ( for testing) lol Im replacing both front but this one I understood was easiest to get too... today Ill attempt the other but not having a floor jack yet Im wondering if I can get too it? the one I did replace was so easy I was shocked! SAI pump USA side, I laid crawled up under USA passenger side and stuck on my nitride gloves, put my O2 wrench on it.. loosened it with ease, then climbed up and laid on top of engine facing front to back , between engine and expansion tank, unplugged SAI vacuum lines, and with left hand reached back to unplug connector from frame then wiring harness from O2, next reached down with left hand again and by hand unscrewed O2 and then screwed in new O2 and plugged it back in.. next climbed under car again and tightened up O2 sensor from underneath... total time 15 minutes, 8 of which were figuring out how to do it and position myself! I was lucky I guess not to have had a seized up O2.. got inside car fired it up and BAM same reading as before from ultra gauge and realized I might have changed the wrong one I was intending to see improvement... my voltage on Bank 1 upstream 1 stays right about .445 - .370v and barely ever changes even from warm... but my O2 on SAI pump side ( right from inside) fluctuated from average .25-.75 range and is active once warmed up...

[UPDATE] I just changed the other O2 on the USA drivers side and it was black and sooty! and dead! Now with new O2 upstreams its running discotastic!
Here is pic of my tool I bought at Autozone 29.99 and worked like a DREAM! not one skin or bleed or anything.. I even felt a little let down hoping to rack at least one knuckle and feel like I could brag! lol this IS the tool to have! I changed this drivers side completely from under truck, once loosening with tool, laying sideways under back side of drivers (USA) wheel, I used right hand through wheel well to unattached connector, then with left hand on back side of exhaust pipe to hand unscrew... super simple.. tightened back in reverse order of course! used a little anti Seize on the threads... Truck purring along now!
