Default Buy This?!

Asking $11,900. Anyone have a good idea of market price for this? I was looking more for a project, but this came up in my area and it’s pretty much the end product of what I would be trying to do.

1998 Land Rover Discovery for US market
300Tdi turbo diesel Land Rover engine
R380 manual 5-speed transmission
ARB winch bumper
Mile Marker 8.5k electric winch
OME HD coil suspension and shocks New headliner
New water pump
New PS pump
New thermostat
New coolant expansion tank (clear)
New BFG AT 235 85 16
RTE offset radius arms
RTE offset trailing arms
GBR DC front propshaft
U-jointed real propshaft
New windshield
Recent valve adjustment
Upgraded with new Bluetooth head unit (hands-free and Bluetooth audio), speakers and amp w/sub (nothing crazy - just to round out sound)

No AC installed (but it has all but a few lower cost parts to get it going)

Rust free

Runs and drives great.

All work done at DefendersNW in Gig Harbor, WA.

All time 4wd and center diff lock works perfectly.

Gets about 22 mpg with the roof tent. Probably closer to 24 mpg without.

Is there a stack of papers showing the work done? Photos of the truck?

That’s gotta be a turbo diesel!
My dream Rover is a 1995 with all those specs!

Thanks all!

Any thoughts on the performance / reliability of the 300tdi and transmission vs V8? Where can I go wrong here? Just don’t want to pour money into a dud... it’s a huge stretch for what we have budgeted, but it’s pretty much exactly what we would be going for in the end... only about $5,000 more...

The V8 will have more power... The diesel will have x2.5 better fuel economy.
