I have a 3" TF lift and just bought 285/75/16 Guard Dogs. Will I have to cut the fenders? The rear quarter was cut about 7" for the TR bumper. I would rather cut now then wait till the new wheel/tire package is mounted. ARB bumper on the front.

Most likely you'll need to cut more than you have. Put a ramp at opposite tires(front right and back left) and drive up. This will flex the suspension pretty well and give you an idea what you need to cut.
