Camel trophy d1 ?
So, I'm no expert, but I buy and sell cars...specifically rovers and 4x4s...and I came across a "camel trophy" d1 in the desert. He says it's a 93 and runs and drives. But says he has no title...... Turbo diesel 5 speed. Here are some pics....is it worth anything?

Looks genuine Although Camel Trophy designs are often copied, it is easy to distinguish a genuine ex-Camel Trophy Land Rover. The easiest way is not to rely on the vehicle's paint scheme (some, very rare vehicles were produced in blue, red or silver for the 1998 prescout) but to look for unique and difficult to reproduce features. A genuine ex-Camel Trophy Defender will have been fitted with a unique internal/external roll cage and the Discovery roof rack bolts through the roof onto the roll cage, for example. It is rare for a non-Camel Trophy Freelander to be fitted with a roll cage at all

It looks legit, especially the roof rack not mounting to the gutter but going through the roof and the pre-1994 dash.
It's not old enough to be a legal import just because of age, but maybe there is some sort of exemption for historic vehicles? I'd check with someone before laying down too much money on something that might get confiscated.
