Hey guys,

Can someone run out to there truck and take some close up pics of this spring? (the one that brings the accelerator cable back to the idle position when you let off pressure [aka your foot off the pedal]?) I dont even know how to describe it, so I am hoping someone will understand what I am talking about.



Just trying to see how it goes, because mine is all screwed up (not on at all) and my pedal is sticking open and I cant find any pictures on the web because I dont know what to call it or how to look it up. (one of my stupid moments, I know)

Sorry for asking such a confusing silly question, but this is what happens when you let your girlfriends brother help you out with a simple task of putting everything back together like you found it....

 

Is that what you're looking for? Throw up some arrows so I can snap a better pic...hard to see through all that dried mud (and shameful that my engine bay is so clean).

 

That is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Keoni! My spring was backwards! And, I tried doing arrows, but I am a MAC user and there arent any programs that come on the computer that allow me to draw on pictures. In other words, I wasnt about to buy something just to draw an arrow. Haha Thanks again!

 

Awesome! And if you're a mac user (I am) you can do it from Preview: View --> Show Edit Toolbar. It's one of the things I love most about my mac!
