Default Can't press the clutch pedal of my discovery anymore.

I have a problem with my clutch pedal which I cannot pedal anymore and it seems that I am missing a bolt in the gearbox. Now my question is whether you know if there should be oil in the gearbox. I seem to be missing pressure.

I suspect you do not understand how a clutch in these works. If that's the case, please let us know so someone may explain. The quick version is that the hydraulic clutch system is separate from the transmission fluid. Whether or not there's oil in the gearbox has nothing to do with the clutch.

That hole is in the bellhousing, not the transmission housing. You do not want fluids to be in there, as that's where the clutch is.

What is the clutch pedal doing? Does it not move (and if so, is it at the top of travel [where it should be when at rest, or is it at the floor], or does it move very easily to the floor thus not operating the clutch?

Last question: Is it a petrol or diesel engine, and what transmission is it (R380, LT77, LT95, or another)? What vehicle is it?

Default Diesel LR Discovery 1

I am not so good in reparing cars. So if you can explain more that will be fine.
The pedal is standing on top where it stands if you don´t use it.
I drive the car to my house and in front of my house i can not use the pedal anymore.
We the car is turnoff i can put the gear in the 1, 2, 3, etc....

Does the pedal still move? If so, is it stiff or is it easier than normal? Do you know if you have a hydraulic clutch? There would be a small reservoir (inline with the clutch pedal) near to the brake fluid reservoir, if so.

If the pedal will not go down and there's not an obvious problem with the pedal or box then it's likely to be one of three things. Either there's a problem with the pressure plate inside the bellhousing not wanting to move due to damage to it or the throwout bearing, the slave cylinder is frozen from a failure in its mounting or internals that's causing it to be fully extended already, or the master cylinder has failed and is bound up. The next step would be to crawl under the truck and identify the slave cylinder with the intent of removing it and checking its operation. If you don't know what it looks like or where to find it then this repair is possibly out of your grasp, however everyone has to learn sometime so get on the google and start doing some research. You will get great support here. Here's a basic layout of what most systems look like. The only thing missing it that the big round thing is the bellhousing of the gearbox.
