Carpet pad replacement

Hey folks. Need some assistance. I have a 96' DISCO used as a daily driver. Great shape, except I had leakage from a sunroof drain flood the driver's side floorboard and it went unnoticed for a while while having a head gasket replaced. The pad became saturated and mold ensued. Pad deteriorated to the point it had to be removed. Talking about just the driver's floor and tranny hump (one piece originally).
Bottom line, anyone have any suggestions on replacing the pad? Is there an aftermarket company making this stuff? Original was custom fit to the vehicle.
Please don't recommend Rhino lining. She's not that far gone yet!
On a side note, anyone selling DISCO replacement carpet in the U.S.?

Any good sponge material should do as well as the original stuff if you want that water retention ability Land Rover is famous for. While you have it out, check out all the little factory holes taht are in the floor panel that are not sealed.
Also lift you rear cargo area pad and check it out for water retention.
