Default clutch problems... this damn truck.

For the first time in rwo months, my Disco has left the drive way. 15-20 miles in, the clutch pedal goes limp. I pulled it back out with my foot, it got pressure back and I was able to shift again. Seems like every couple minutes, the pedal pushes right to the floor and won't push back out. Oil level is good. Theres so many oil leaks under this tanker, its hard to tell what's wrong. Slave cylinder? Master? Clutch line?

I hope you haven't put oil in the clutch MC. They use the same brake fluid as the brakes.
Assuming you actually have brake fluid in the system, have you bled it?

I used brake fluid, but haven't bled the system. Could this be a throwout bearing starting to go bad?

Not likely the release bearing based on your description of no pedal. Bleed the system.
If you end up replacing any of the hydraulics, replace it all, MC-flex line-SC.
