Default Convert passenger side airbag to grab-bar... anyone?

I saw somewhere, I forgot, where someone converted the airbag area to a grabbar. I had found it since. Anyone has any clue or had done it before?
Thanks

yup its me, look in my 98 build thread

you need a grab bar from a euro d1, and the rubber mat, then you just need to bend a tray to cover the hole in the dash,

so its remove airbag, instal handle, instal pannel you made, set rubber mat over it and done

the airbag lite will be stuck on after that though

How do you remove the airbag without it blowing up on you face?

I assume u access the bolts from underneath, after removing the glove box? It just pops off after that? Also, where did you find that grab bar?
