Everything seems to be ok so far.. On warm up.. The temp might spike 201 and then drop back as the thermostat is cycling... Once warmed up it seems to run between 185 and 195 depending on load... 190 apparently being the target temp...Admittedly I haven't driven it very far yet... Now I guess I need to put it through a few cycles and drive it a little bit to see if there is any coolant loss... If that is ok then I think it will be good..

Clean the breather system on you engine! You might just want to get the new hoses as the old ones are usually pretty crappy, and get the oil separator too. Clean as much gunk out of the ports in the valve covers as well as the ports on the plenum and throttle body. Probably not a bad idea to do the IAC clean while you are there.

Spike,

WTF are you talking about when you say most transmissions don't circulate ATF when in PARK? The pump is driven by the torque converter, which is bolted to the flex plate. In 14 years of rebuilding automatic transmissions I have yet to EVER see a unit that didn't pump in PARK unless it was broken. Any time the engine is running there is cooler flow, the returning fluid is what lubes everything.
