Cut Wires Under Passenger Seat?

Default Cut Wires Under Passenger Seat?

Hey everyone, I cant seem to figure out what these wires are for. I cannot find what would be the other ends of the wires and cant figure out where they lead to. Its a Disco 1 1996 SE V8 and I am referring to both the thin purple and black wires as well as the thick black wire. Thanks!

On my 98 D1, that is where the multi-disc cd changer is located.

the stock CD player would have been mounted under that seat.....

The wire bundle looks like the CD player DIN Cable "X" (stereo to CD) with the 90 degree connector missing.
You can see the purple, black, X below.....

Thank you very much, this was exactly what I needed to know. Looks like thats not the reason my passenger seat movement doesnt work then... on to trying to isolate that haha.
