Does anyone know if the CASTOR alloy mag wheel would fit on the spare tire carrier on the rear door? I thought I can replace the steel wheel and tire with an alloy and mount it and put it into rotation.

Yes you can, just either need the 3 alloy wheel lug nuts with a dimple at the end, slap a few washers between the wheel and mount, or cut off the lugs about 1/8 of an inch to allow using regular lugs or just use the 3 steel lugs.
