Maybe, maybe not. It's a little odd that a couple of them have never bid on anything on ebay except this one rack.

I had that issue happen nit to long ago. Started at like 99 dollars for some gutter mounts. As soon as I bid I was automatically out bid. After 3 or four if these I caught on. I ran the price up to 145 and left then hanging.
