Default D1 Suspension questions

Just a few questions I couldn't find an answer to:
First, any ideas why my passenger rear end sags 3/4 inch lower than the rest of the truck? I tried swapping the springs from each side but its still present. It also did this with the stock springs before the TF install. Axle height is even, its the height between axle and frame that's off. Would a twisted frame cause it?
Second, any additional suggestions for solving this gap between spring and mount? It's only on the rearward surface, and I believe it's causing my "pop" noise when accelerating and breaking. I know the gap is tiny, but I speculate the spring is doing more shifting than normal. (Btw, this "pop" didn't start till after an off road weekend)

My plan for the spring is D2 isolators. Any additional suggestions are appreciated and welcomed!

I'll add my third question tomorrow when I take a picture of it because its hard to explain.

I would bring it by a good frame shop and have them check if it's tweaked a bit, before you try fixing anything.

The popping after off roading can be worn out bushings as well. I finished off more than a few hitting the trail in the last few months

Um, anybody mentioned body mount yet? I would think if your swapping springs like a madman and it's stay'n the same then you'd have a body mount that's gone south (sorry South). Check the "C" pillar mounts, they like to crumble and check the two directly under the cargo door floor brace....great spot to punch through.

Frig'n old thread already.....

I'll try this as last resort. Hopefully I can find one nearby.

I'm all for new parts on this thing so I'll give it a try.

Turns out this was my popping problem. That and loose bolts. Replaced front axle mount bushings and tightened all the bolts on rear wishbone. No more popping.
