Unhappy In desperate need for ECU/AS10 pair

I am at wits end with my 1996 Discovery alarm system. I have been trying to get this sorted out for about a year now.
Long story short, I could get the alarm to disable 50% of the time. Most days I'm left stranded with that lovely red security LED.
Ive tried EVERYTHING, from changing all door actuators, master key switch, and momentarily grounding the appropriate pin at the alarm.
After exhausting all options. I sent my 10as to M1N1 engineering in Germany to permanently disable the immobilization function.

The M1N1 modification was successful but now I'm not getting CEL on key position 2.
from my understanding this means no link between the ECU and Alarm.
OBD2 port still works however.

I love this truck so much I want it back on the road.
I've already sent emails to Paul Grant and Will Tillery but didn't get responses from either.
I either need a matching ecu/alarm pair from a donor vehicle or someone who can resynchronize the pair from the truck.
Can a AEL ecu/alarm be used in a non-AEL discovery?
I am located in Burlington, Washington if anyone is relatively close by with a textbook/hawkeye.

I think Paul is no longer in the parts biz. Best way to get in touch with Will for emergencies is to call him. Some of the Facebook groups have very helpful members too.

Thanks for the insight Driven, I am in contact with Logan Gibson now, he believes this can be sorted out by putting the ECU into "Learn Mode".

I want to check if the ECU is even getting power. Does anyone know which wire(s) send power to the ECU?

Logan got my ECU and alarm system straightened out. I'm sure he can help you. I think you need the GEMS Diagnostics Manual. I downloaded it with all the RAVE manuals
