Default Disco 1 maximum tire size

Hi guys.
I used to run 33 BF Muds on my Wrangler with Dana 44 fullsize front axle and Dana 60 back axle. The axles could hod up to the tires including Detroit Locker in the back and ARB in the front, with 1:4.56 ratio in the axles.
I recently bought a lifted 1996 Disco 1 with 245 75 16 tires. What I would like to know is what would be the maximum tire size that the axles could support without breakage and without having to go into more modification such as heavy duty bearings etc. I have no problem with fender trimming and of course changing the gear ratio in the axles. Any opinions? Thanks!

35 if you do light wheeling and just want a big tire. 33.5 if you do serious wheeling. 32 if you wheel the FK out of it. Really depends on terrain

These axles are as strong as a dana 44 just not the spider gears. I run 33"s with ARB f&r and beat the **** out of it. The best part about the axles is that they are full floating so no real issues with the axles breaking because of the larger tires its mostly just the gears an carrier are the weakest link.
