Default Disco I brakes Sticking

i have completelrd my master cylinder change to day. brake pedal is stiff and i am ready to go , right?
well i go off on my first test ride and the throttle feels sluggish, and getting stiifer and stiffer.
it doesn't take long to realize that the brake pedal has NO travel at all and is stiff as a board. i poull over to try and figure it out and about 2 minutes after stopping just lets loose. about another 2-3 miles it happens again,. so i limp it home and cannot figure out what it is. I tried driving agian and when it happened again, i tried removing a vacuum hose to no avail. would you happen to what is happening?
this is very frustarating and i am at a total loss of what to do next.

my brake pedal is stiff. i can smell the brakes burnung. when i changed the master cylinder i also did a FULL flush of the brake system, i pumped and filled until the fluid was the same color coming out of the bottle. there was some crappy fluid but not near as much as i expected. i really thought it was the brake booster but the vacuum line removed did immediately not release it. i was hoping you guys may have some kinda liil trick i am unaware of.

thanks

You bought a non OEM master cylinder.
This happens EVERY TIME.
Your master cylinder needs to be adjusted.
I have no idea how.
Do a search, you might find your answer.
If you open a bleeder screw you can have brakes again for the drive home.
