A number of places sell them, but you can do just as well and for a lot cheaper with flat black paint and masking tape from the hardware store.

I don't disagree, but he asked where he could get one, not suggestions for how I would do it.

For purely informational purposes, the "bonnet" "Land Rover" decal is $38, and the "DISCOVERY" decal is $13....Of course after you pay shipping, it will probably be close to $80!

There is always ebay...

My hood has a huge peeling piece in the passenger front corner of the hood. I'm thinking of doing my whole hood flat black.

Kinda my thoughts. Its a 98 with 150k on it it has some dings and scratches on the whole truck. My other option which is prolly better is to order a can of touch up spray from paint scratch.com and blend it as well as I can and just do the normal hood black out you see everyone else do. I really do prefer that look.

He is looking for the blackout decal, not the logos.

The reason I mentioned paint is that the idea of using paint rarely occurs (for some reason) to people wanting the bonnet blackout.

Since I never had the intention of removing it, there was no reason to use a decal instead of paint.
